Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Here are the shipping options:

  • We ship inside Croatia with DPD courier (5 euros, plus 1 euros is payment method chosen is Cash On Delivery) and for customers in the Split area (code 21000) we also offer the LOCAL PICK-UP option (you can collect your order from our Trogirska 8 Split shop).
  • For Europe we offer registered shipping with Croatian Post (6 euros) and fast shipping with DPD (20 euros) 
  • For UK, US and Canada we offer registered shipping with Croatian Post (6 euros) and fast shipping with DHL (60 euros) 
  • For remote destinations we offer DHL fast shipping for 65 euros

We are not responsible for any custom taxes that might be applied by the custom authorities, for countries outside the European Union.

How long until my order gets shipped?

Each bracelet is made to order, especially for you, so it usually takes 1-2 working days to complete your order (depending on how many orders we have received that day). This time is added to the estimated delivery time.

When your order is ready, we will ship it with your chosen courier (Croatian Post, DPD or other express option) and we will provide you with the tracking number.

How long after my order is shipped until it gets delivered to me?

For orders placed inside Croatia, we offer free fast DPD shipping, so delivery times are usually 24 to 48 hours (can be 72 hours for remote destinations and islands).

For orders placed outside Croatia, delivery times using regular postal services (Croatian Post) can vary from 7 to 45 working days, depending on destination. For Europe is is usually 7 to 14 days. For USA and UK it can be anything from 2-4 weeks (but it can be more during busy times of year), for Canada or Australia it can be 4 weeks or more. 

For international orders, please note that the Croatian Post does not update the status page in transit (from the moment your order left Croatia, until it reaches the destination postal office), so please be patient. Also, Croatian Post does not specifically says order was shipped out of Zagreb, it says "order was put in bag" or "order is prepared for shipping" - but that means order left Croatia and is now in transit. 

We strongly suggest you use a fast shipping option if you want your order to arrive within days.

What happens if my order gets lost?

In the unfortunate event that your order is lost, do not worry, we will reimburse you in full or we will resend your order (your choice). However, be patient, please, as mentioned above, delivery times can be long if you are using Registered Post options.

To establish that an order was lost, we are opening an inquiry with the Croatian Post. Once they confirm to us the order is lost, we will proceed with reimbursing or reshipping your order, per your choice.
